Guardians for the Animals is volunteer based, meaning that all our services are done via volunteer’s availability. Services are scheduled after submitting a Service Request Application. If you need immediate assistance, please contact your local Animal Control.

Once your service request application is submitted, please be advised that it can take up to several business days to process the application. During the application process our Service Coordinator may contact you requiring further information. Please make sure to check your voicemail and email, including spam. If you need immediate assistance, please contact your local animal control facility or sheriff's department.

By completing this information, I declare UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY that I am the legal owner/agent of the animal(s) submitted. I have answered all the questions above to the best of my ability. I further understand that there is no time guarantee for the services request.

I understand and acknowledge that submission of this application does not grant that my application will be approved and does not guarantee Guardians for the Animals will be able to accommodate my animal.

I understand that the individual submitting the form must be the main caretaker/owner of the animals that need service.

I understand that should the Guardians for the Animals provide the requested service; I will be required to sign a legal document that waives all liability from Guardians for the Animals regarding the service they provide.
