Guardians for the Animals is volunteer based, meaning that the completion of our services is solely dependent on the availability of our volunteers. Services are scheduled after submitting a Service Request Application. If you need immediate assistance, please contact your local Animal Control.

Once your service request application is submitted, please be advised that it can take several business days in order to process the application. During the application process our Service Coordinator may contact you requiring further information. Please make sure to check your voicemail and email, including spam. If you need immediate assistance, please contact your local animal control facility or sheriff's department.

By checking this box, I declare that these cats do not have any other owner that is responsible for spaying/neutering them. I understand that Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) services will take place. TNR includes the trapping, neutering/spaying, and returning of all cats in the colony. I agree to fully participate in whatever is needed to ensure that the trapping process is successful. If I do not adhere to the rules as outlined by my assigned trapper, the TNR services will be terminated.

I understand that should the Guardians for the Animals provide the requested service; I will be required to sign a legal document that waives all liability from Guardians for the Animals regarding the service they provide.

I understand and acknowledge that submission of this application does not grant that my application will be approved and does not guarantee Guardians for the Animals will be able to provide this service.

By completing this information, I declare UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY that I am the legal owner/agent of the animal(s) for which I am requesting this service. I have answered all the questions above to the best of my ability. I further understand that there is no time guarantee for the completion of these services.
